HellBound New South Korean Horror Series Takes Over Squid Game

HellBound is a new South Korean Netflix Series that as taken over Netflix becoming the most watched series in over 80 countries in just 24 hours. It has reached Netflix most watched television series in the 20^th of November and has since gone viral. Squid Game which was released in the 19^th of September spend number one for 49 days until its role has been taken by this new series Hellbound. It is also estimated that squid game has made over $900m in profit for Netflix since its release. Earlier this month the creator of squid game announced that season 2 squid game is on the works and estimated to be released soon.

This series consist of a normal world which soon takes a turn for the worst. Spirits are seen in the series taking sinners lives and supposedly sending them to hell. This changed the world for the worst making many people scared for their lives. Causing many suicides and people admitting their sins on TV. An angel appears and tells the sinner the time and date the sinner will die. The angel also tells the sinner it is bound to go to hell. This caused an organisation/religious group called the new Truth to rise. This group gained many followers promoting these creatures to the public. This made people believe it is gods punishment whilst broadcasting these deaths live.

This is until their organisation was bound to go down after few years because of turn of events. As at a point of the show a new born baby was seen with an angel and being told it was bound for hell and was told the time and date for his death even though it is unlikely a new born baby is even able to commit any sins. A secret group whom plans to take the group new Truth down, has contacted the parents of the baby and asked for it to be broadcasted live knowing it would be key to take down the new truth. However, of course the new truth found out about this and attempted to get the baby and hide this from the public. They know their followers would start to question if the new truths is actually legit bringing their reputation down. Unfortunately, for them they weren’t quick enough as the spirits appeared in an attempt to take the babies life until the unimaginable happened.
